Prior to founding healthcare Partners at Home, Manish worked in the spheres of Business Development and Strategy for Accenture and Baxter as well as several boutique consulting firms. In home healthcare, he has found a pursuit he considers more stimulating and fulfilling than any of his prior career avatars.
Manish enjoys the varied aspects of his job including managing an ever growing number of employees, business development, and making the day to day decisions that come with owning and running a growing business. Manish completed his B.S. and an MBA in Healthcare Management.

Harsha (RN,BSN) brings a wealth of Nursing and Clinical Management experience to HealthCare Partners at Home.
She has an ongoing vital outlook and vision in ensuring the company’s consistency in delivering exceptional quality of service delivered by the Clinical Team
Overall has a powerful ethical belief that Nurses should always deliver the best care with strong values that speaks for the care that is given. As a Nurse, Harsha is at an exciting point in her career in which the road to diverse opportunities lie ahead. She brings over twenty one years of experience in Acute Hospital care along with several years of experience as Clinical Nurse Manager in Behavior Health and Health Care Coordinator in Assisted Living Facility.
Currently the founder and CEO of Farallon Home Health Care in Northern California, Avi acts in an advisory role for Healthcare Partners in the areas of business development and innovation.
Avi holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, a Master of Commerce from the University of Mumbai and a Bachelor of Commerce from Sri Sathya Sai University. Avi is a Member of the National Board for Home Care and Hospice Certification (NBHHC). He is a Certified Home Care Administrator and a Certified Home Care Executive.
During Letitia’s five years at Hartford Insurance, she discovered a passion for healthcare and has found her career calling in home healthcare. Effective management of patient records and a deep knowledge of the regulatory landscape are two of Letitia’s assets and they enable Healthcare Partners at Home’s smooth functioning.
Letitia graduated from East Aurora High School in 1993. Outside of work, Letitia dedicates a tremendous amount of time to support Autism Awareness and Research.
